Carol Lamb

Carol Kay Lamb of Mineral Point, Missouri, formerly of Gore, Oklahoma, was born on January 8, 1957, a daughter of the late Gilbert Conner and the late Fern (Salger) Conner. Carol departed this life on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at her home at the age of 66.

In addition to Carol’s parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lamb; son, TJ Sebastian; and three siblings: Lois Ann Dunn, Connie Turley, and Kenny Conner.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her two children: David Sebastian (wife, Mary), Melissa Downs (Fiancé, Rickey Cain); seven grandchildren: Faith, Joey and Izaiah Sebastian, Victoria Crabtree, Brandon, James Jr., and Brooke Downs; one great grandchildren, Noah; and sister, Patty Gutjahr (husband, Kenny). Also surviving are nieces, nephews, extended family and her bonus children: Misty, Angela, and Lavonda Lamb.

Carol loved her family very much, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed life and always had such a great time with her late husband, Charlie, traveling to Oklahoma to visit their friends. Carol was a huge Elvis Presley fan. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12 pm until the time of her Funeral Service at 2 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664. Pastor Jay O'Neail will be officiating assisted by Izaiah Sebastian. Interment and final prayers will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, DeSoto, Missouri. DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have served and ministered to Carol’s family and friends.
