Carol Sue Gonzales of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on June 23, 2009 at her residence having reached the age of fifty two years, eleven months and eight days. She was born on July 15, 1956 at Portsmouth, Virginia, a daughter to the late Leonard Smalley and Wava Ramsey.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by a daughter Colleen Bittick; sister Judith Johnston and a brother Leonard Smalley.
Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are a significant other Randy Quick of Potosi; two sisters Christina Portell and husband Jesse of Potosi; Patricia Roup and husband Steven of St. Louis; grandson Preston Bittick; granddaughter Tracy Bittick; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
A graveside service was held Friday, June 26, 2009, 10 AM at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
