Carl "Squire" Essmyer

Carl L. "Squire" Essmyer of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on August 5, 2016 at the St. Joe Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of eighty seven years. He was born on August 27, 1928, in Potosi, a son to the late Jesse Essmyer and the late Helen (Sparks) Essmyer. On July 3, 1948, in St. James, Squire was united in marriage to Norma (Sloan) Essmyer.
Visitation for Squire will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM and will resume on Monday, August 8, 2016, beginning at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel.
Interment and final prayers will be held at the Sunset Hill Cemetery. All funeral arrangements have been cared for by the DeClue Funeral Home.
