Carl King

Carl Franklin King Jr of Desloge, Missouri, was born on September 10, 1976 in Farmington, Missouri, a son of the late Carl Franklin King Sr, and the late Tonya Lee (Goforth) Alsept. Carl passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023, having reached the age of 46.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his siblings: Allen King (wife, Bev), April King-Ortiz, Roger King (Denise Vandiver), and Tyler King (Emily Johnson); special friends: Rick Barnhart, Kenny Asbury, Dennis Dunn, and Troy Vernatti. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle King.

When Carl was able to, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, going on long road trips, and hanging out with his friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 11 am until the time of his Service at 1 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664. His special friend, Troy Vernatti, will be officiating his service. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to DeClue Funeral Home in care of his service.
