Carl Jenkins

Carl Eugene Jenkins, known to many as "Buck," of Belgrade, Missouri passed away on March 5, 2015 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center having reached the age of seventy nine years, eight months, and ten days. He was born on June 23, 1935 a son to the late James Ralph and Olive Lucille (Tedder) Jenkins. Those who remain to mourn his passing are his brother Jimmy Dale Jenkins and wife Becky of Belgrade, Missouri; five sisters: Deloris Sparks of Farmington, Missouri, Leona Boelloni of Marion, Illinois, Shelba LaClair and husband Lee of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Brenda Powell of St. Louis, Missouri, and Virginia Rhea and husband Jim of Farmington, Missouri; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family members and dear friends. In addition to his parents, Buck is preceded in death by his wife Reva Jenkin; son Carl "Gene" Jenkins; three brothers: Gary Jenkins, Ronald Jenkins, and Terry Jenkins; and two sisters: Nancy Jenkins and Vivian Sisk. Funeral services began at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Honoring Buck by serving as his pallbearers were Shawn Jenkins, Jeff Sisk, Jimmy Sisk, Tyler Wilson, Danny Buckley, and Karl “Sonny” Littell. Interment and final prayers were held at the Jenkins Cemetery in Belgrade, Missouri following the funeral service. All arrangements have been cared for by the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
