Carl Drennen

Carl Drennen of Potosi, Missouri departed this life February 6, 2010 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of seventy years and eight days. He was born on
January 29, 1940 at Mineral Point, Missouri a son to the late Herman Drennen and Laura (Missey) Drennen.
In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by a son Tony Drennen; brother Eugene Drennen and a sister Evelyn Downard.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are three daughters Rhonda Drennen, Phillis Drennen, Carla Drennen; two sons Norman Nelson, Terry Nelson; brother Irvin Drennen and wife Betty; sisters Leona Kean and friend Virgil Boyster; Elnora Jones and friend Edward Fowler; Shirley Kean and husband Flloyd; many grand children and great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, February 8, 2010 at 1 PM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Wendell Nipper and Wesley Kean officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Gene Evans, Al Evans, Wesley Kean, Tom Moore, Danny Drennen, Paul Downard and Ed Fowler.
Interment and final prayers were held at Sunset Hill Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
