Caleb Richard Crews of Farmington, Missouri passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, surrounded by his family, having reached the age of seventeen years, one month and fourteen days. He was born on July 10, 1998 in Festus, Missouri, a son to Wesley Crews and Tammy Goggin Crews.
Caleb is survived by his parents Wesley and Tammy Crews of Farmington, Missouri; two brothers Jacob Crews and girlfriend Erika Vargas of O’Fallon, Missouri; Jonathan Crews and wife Scarlett of Omaha, Nebraska; two sisters Tiffany Byington and husband Todd of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri; Trisha Ziegelmeyer of Farmington, Missouri; grandmother Nadine Wirtmiller of Farmington, Missouri; niece Gracie and nephews Garret and Easton; also surviving are many other relatives and a host of friends.
Caleb was preceded in death by his grandparents Cecil Crews, Kenneth Wirtmiller and Richard and Mildred Goggin.
Visitation for Caleb was held on Thursday evening, August 27, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 pm and on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm at Harvest Christian Centre in Park Hills, Missouri. Funeral services were conducted on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Harvest Christian Centre with Pastor Dwight Jones officiating.
Honoring Caleb by serving as his pallbearers were Jonathan Crews, Jacob Crews, Todd Byington, Lee Berkbuegler, Nicholas Cassimatis, Ben Sitzes, Luis Ruiz, and Jordan Malugen.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Hillview Memorial Gardens - Farmington, Missouri.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
