Brian Warden

Brian Keith Warden of Farmington, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, November 22, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family, having reached the age of 60 years, 4 months and 30 days. Brian was born on June 23, 1961 a son to the late Robert and Gloria (Shelton) Warden.

On October 28, 1994, Brian was united in marriage to Cindy Tate and they built a life of love and memories together. Brian loved his family so much. One of his main goals in life was to make sure that his family was always taken care of. They were always priority. Brian enjoyed gardening which he always went over the top with. There was always enough vegetables to share with his children and friends. Brian enjoyed the outdoors. From hunting to fishing or the simplicity of watching his grandkids play in the yard, Brian truly enjoyed it. He loved his dog Sassy. He took such good care of her and spoiled her to no end. Brian proudly served in the United States Army from April 9, 1981 to December 5, 1985. He will be missed so much by all who knew and loved him.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Cindy Warden; five children: Brandi Upchurch, Kenny (Amy) Warden, Nicole (Becca) Warden, Niki (Brad) Williams, Megan (Josh) Patterson; thirteen grandchildren: Mason, Sophia, Kennadie, Claire, Callie, Grace, Caleb, Alex, Tyler, Reece, Lydia, Ronan, and Maelee; four siblings: Robert Warden, Caroline Link, Damon, Warden, and Phillip (Beverly) Warden; and mother-in-law, Geraldine Meeks. Brian also leaves behind his fur baby, Sassy and many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

In addition to his grandparents, Brian was preceded in death by his father and mother, Robert and Gloria Warden; infant brother, Michael Warden and sister Christine Warden.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 11 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 1 PM. Both the visitation and funeral will be held at the DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664. Brian will receive full military honors presented by the U.S. Army and Local VFW Post 6996.
