Brenda Horton

Brenda Irlene Horton of Belgrade, Missouri, was born on February 12, 1953, in St. Louis, MO, a daughter of the late Tom Gullett and the late Lorraine (Miller) Gullett. Brenda passed away on November 15, 2021, having reached the age of sixty-eight years, nine months, and three days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her children: Donna (Marling) Johnson, Crystal Horton, and Jessica (Michael) Mosier; grandchildren: Danielle Johnson (Fiancé, Jason Benson), Dakota Russell, Ariel Russell, Logan Horton, Adriana Wilson, Chloe Horton, and Jazmine Johnson; great-grandchildren: Eli Laird, Ethan Laird, and Anara Russell; siblings: Tammy Davis, Tommy (Armeda) Gullett, and Roger Gullett. Brenda is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Horton; siblings: Evelyn Rogers, Leroy Rulo, David Gullett; and brother-in-law, Cecil Davis.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 5-8pm at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 9-11am.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 20 at 11 am at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Bro Tommy Gullett officiating. Interment will follow at Horton Cemetery in Belgrade.
