Brenda Gross

Brenda Sue Gross of Hopewell, Missouri was born on April 14, 1950 in Bonne Terre, Missouri, a daughter to Arlene (Taylor) Fann and the late Robert “Bob” Fann. Brenda departed this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of sixty-six years, nine months and seventeen days.

Brenda will be missed by all those who knew and loved her including her son Jason Butler and wife Amanda of Cape Girardeau. Missouri; daughter Ciarra Arlene Sue Gross of Mineral Point; mother Arlene Fann of Mineral Point; brother Robert Fann Jr. and wife Rebecca of Solon, Iowa; three grandchildren: Keegan Butler, Everly Butler and Aristotle Butler; also surviving are special aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: August and Tessie Taylor; paternal grandparents: Nolan and Edna Fann.

Visitation will be at the Hopewell Church of God, Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10:30 AM until 1:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow beginning at 1:00 PM at the Hopewell Church of God with Pastor Jim Wade officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the Hopewell Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
