Boyd Britton

Boyd Wayne Britton of Park Hills, Missouri passed away on November 27, 2014 at the Parkland Hospital having reached the age of forty five years, two months, and ten days. He was born on September 17, 1969 a son to Lenord Britton and the late Elenora (Boyer) Britton.
On November 23, 1990, Boyd was united in marriage to Dolly-Ann (Walters) Britton. Together they shared twenty four years and two children were born to this union.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife Dolly-Ann Britton of Park Hills, Missouri; his father Lenord Britton of Mineral Point, Missouri; one son Jordan Britton of Park Hills, Missouri; one daughter Megan Britton of Park Hills, Missouri; two adopted daughters: Paige Baker and Brittany Strange; four brothers: Lenord Britton of Washington, Missouri, Donald Britton of Leadwood, Missouri, John Britton and husband Gerald Venable of Louisiana, and Nary Britton of Farmington, Missouri; two sisters: Cheryl Volner and husband Rick of Mineral Point, Missouri and Billie Jo Skaggs and husband Mitch of Mineral Point, Missouri; brother-in-law Dean Woods of Leadwood, Missouri; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Donnie and Cindy Wells of Park Hills, Missouri; one grandson Jaxson Hahn; and many more nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Along with his mother, Boyd is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Leo and Ula Boyer; paternal grandparents: Scott and Ona Britton; sister Jacklyn Lynn Britton; father-in-law Eugene F. Woods; and mother-in-law Cynthia M. Woods.
Funeral services for Boyd Britton were held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home with Rev. Harvey Buckley officiating.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Bismarck Masonic Cemetery. All arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
