Bobby Coffman

Bobby Gene Coffman, of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on July 25, 2005 at his residence, having reached the age of 73 years, 5 months and 4 days. He was born on February 21, 1932 at Palmer, Missouri, a son of the late Fred Coffman and Lula (King) Coffman.
On February 8, 1978, he was united in marriage to Patricia Yount at Hillsboro, Missouri and to this union five children were born. Bobby was a loving and devoted husband and father.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Edward Coffman, Herschel Coffman, Herbert Coffman and Marvin Coffman and a sister, Gladys Thomas.
Among those who remain to mourn his passing from this life are his wife, Patricia Coffman; his daughters, Ellen Walls of Potosi, LaDonna Benoist and special friend Dave Helton of St. Clair, Sarah Robison and husband Anthony of Leadington, Janie Bourbon and husband Joey of Bonne Terre and Rachel Coffman and special friend Kevin Isgriggs of Sullivan; his sisters, Edna Thomas and husband Yuell of Dittmer and Violet Skaggs of Springtown; six grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 PM on Thursday, July 28, 2005 at the Britton Chapel with the Rev. Wendell Nipper officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Steven Yount, Joseph Yount, Elmer Lands, Wayne Thomas, Anthony Robison, Kevin Isgriggs, Joey Bourbon and Rachel Coffman.
Interment and final prayers were at Palmer Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
