Billy Thomas

Billy Dean Thomas of Bismarck, Missouri, was born on August 31, 1934, in Rector, Arkansas, a son of the late William and Tessie (Womble) Thomas. Billy passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, having reached the age of 88.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his two daughters: Janice Weiss (Fiancé, Bob Schumer), Lesa Villmer (husband, Tom); grandchildren: Marisa Cook (husband, Andy), Nicholas Weiss (wife, Kim), Megan Allen (husband, Nathan), and Jordan Villmer (wife, Katherine); great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Cody, Bella, Reagen, Rilee, Harper, Alexander, and Avery; sister-in-law, Dollie Moses; and extended family.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his dear wife, Alvenia (Brakefield) Thomas; step-son, Ronnie Dale Moses; and brother, Joe Lynn Thomas.

A Visitation will be Friday, April 7, 2023, from 11:30 am until the time of his Funeral Service at 1 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664. Interment and final prayers will follow the service at Lost Creek Cemetery.
