Betty Gough

Betty Jean Gough of Cadet, Missouri was born on August 7, 1930 in Potosi, a daughter of the late Chester Mason and the late Pearl Fea Rundel. Betty entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at the Parkland Health Center having reached the age of eighty six years, four months and eighteen days.

Betty will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her six children: Mary Benoist of Cadet; Cassie Coffman and husband Roger of St. Clair, Missouri; Chuck Gough and wife Regina of Potosi; Beverly Boyer and husband John of Cadet; Bobbie Gough and wife Linda of Cedar Hill, Missouri; James Gough and wife Sheila of St, Clair; also surviving are a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her father and mother; her beloved husband, William “Bill” Gough; baby son, David Gough; brother and sister-in-law Bill and Marie King; granddaughter Sandy Coffman Brown.

Visitation for Betty will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

A Funeral Service will be held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the Hopewell Cemetery. DeClue Funeral Home was privileged to care for the funeral arrangements for Betty during this time of remembrance.
