Betty Bolte

Betty Lou Bolte of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on February 19, 2009 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of sixty seven years, eight months and thirty days. She was born on May 20, 1941 a daughter to the late Lee Messey and Iva Tinker Messey.

Betty was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Adopted Parents Wilbert Hults and Ollen Hults.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are her husband August ?Gus? Bolte of Potosi; two sons Keith Bolte of Potosi; Jeff Bolte and wife Josie of Belgrade; four brothers David Meecey of Londell; Steve Meecey of Pacific; Ronnie Meecey of Pacific; David Hults and wife Ruthann of Potosi; sister Linda Plum and husband Joe of Wildwood; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services were conducted on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Dean Raven officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Jarvis Kimbrough, Richard Fiker, Anthony Boesing, Rick Boesing, Thomas Duncan, and David Hults.

Interment and final prayers were held at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
