Barbara Herbert

Barbara Ilene Herbert of Winfield, Missouri departed this life on December 16, 2006 at the Troy Manor Nursing Home, having reached the age of 64 years, 9 months and 23 days. She was born on February 23, 1942 at Mineral Point, Missouri, a daughter of the late Luther Mosier and Lola Henderson Mosier.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sister, Norma Lee Gorda.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life include her daughter Kelly Leath and husband Jon of Winfield; her son Edward Herbert and wife Linda of Old Monroe; three brothers Woodrow Mosier and wife Betty, Lester Mosier and wife Wilma, James Mosier and wife Bonnie all of Mineral Point; two sisters Quita Glore of Mineral Point, Rosemary Hampton of Winfield; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted at 6 PM on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at the Britton Chapel. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
