Barbara Finch

Barbara Ann Finch of Potosi, Missouri passed away on September 20, 2015, at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of eighty years, ten months, and eight days. She was born on November 12, 1934, a daughter to the late Emery “Wis” and Martha (Forrester) Wilson.

Barbara is survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Finch of Potosi, Missouri; five children: Cathy (Thebeau) Ferguson and husband Greg of Imperial, Missouri, Cynthia Crump of Potosi, Missouri, Marti Ervin of Potosi, Missouri, Misty Wilson of Potosi, Missouri, and Brady Finch of Potosi, Missouri; five grandchildren: Kimberly Thebeau Pavletic and husband Nick, Lyndsey Thebeau Wood and husband Robert, Paige Scherffius and husband Sam, Samantha Crump, and Jason E. Portell and wife Angela; five great-grandchildren: Xavier Scherffius, Jaxon Scherffius, Ian Pavletic, Presley Wood, and Scarlett Rose Wood; dear friend Verdia Wren; and also many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her siblings: Raymond "Beans" Wilson, Emery "Junie" Wilson, Jr., Juanita McAtee, and Betty Barnes.

Visitation for Barbara was held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and resumed on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Funeral services for Barbara began on Wednesday at 1:00 PM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder H. Wayne Isgriggs officiating.

Honoring Barbara by serving as pallbearers were Brady Finch, Jason Portell, Lindell Wilson, Greg Ferguson, Scott Wilson and Sam Scherffius. Serving as honorary pallbearers were David Ervin and Shawn Thompson.

Interment and final prayers was held at the New Masonic Cemetery. All funeral arrangements have been made by the DeClue Funeral Home.
