Ardath Yount

Ardath Lee Yount of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on January 7, 2011 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center having reached the age of ninety two years, seven months and two days. She was born on June 5, 1918 at Caledonia, Missouri a daughter to the late Arthur McNabb and Lenna (Puckett) McNabb.

In addition to her parents, Ardath was preceded in death by her husband Trenice Yount; sister Loubelle Hochstatter and a grandson Nathan Edward Yount.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are two sons Paul Yount and wife Denise of Belgrade; Terry Yount of Belgrade; two daughters Marilyn Yount and husband Roger of Potosi; Susan McClain and husband Jerry of Caledonia; brother in law Rudy Hochstatter of Potosi; sister in law Ava Yount of Belgrade; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 2 PM at the Declue Chapel with Bro. Leonard Compton and Pastor Brenda West officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Eric Yount, Kyle Yount, Ryan Yount, Brent McClain, Joe Yount and Michael McClain.

Interment and final prayers were held at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
