Andrew Volner

Andrew Leigh Volner of Potosi, Missouri departed this life October 3, 2009 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of twenty one years, five months and twenty two days. He was born on April 11, 1988 at Farmington, Missouri a son to Bruce Volner and Sheila (Nettles) Jenkins.

Andrew was a member of the Providence Baptist Church.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life are his mother Sheila Jenkins and Scott Carrouth of Potosi; father Bruce Volner and wife Laura of Bonne Terre; four brothers Ryan Volner of Belleville, Illinois, Dustin Jenkins of Potosi, Ethan Jones of Bonne Terre, Daniel Jones of Bonne Terre; grandparents Ray and Virginia Nettles of Potosi; Billy Volner of Willow Springs, MO, Shirley Volner of Herculaneum; great grandparents Noel and Gladys Livingston of St. Louis; best friends Les and Tanya Wood of Potosi; and other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 11 AM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Fred Killian officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Ryan Volner, Dustin Jenkins, Daniel Jones, Ethan Jones, Eric Ray, and Les Wood.

Interment and final prayers were held at Redbud Memorial Gardens. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
