Alice Morgan

Alice Ruth Morgan of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on December 5, 2009 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of eighty three years, ten months and five days. She was born on January 30, 1926 at St. Louis, Missouri a daughter to the late William Wolford and Julia (Higgins) Wolford.

In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband William Anthony Morgan; son Dennis J. Morgan; brother Richard Giebe and a son in law Ronald E. Little.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are three daughters Joan Little of Cadet, Alice Taylor of St. Louis, Sandra Lindsay of Collinsville, Illinois; son Larry Morgan of St. Louis; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 11 AM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Keith King officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Terry Little, Larry Morgan, Dan Slover, Darren Rice, Heather Little and Nathan Courtway.

Interment and final prayers were held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
