Ali Midgett

March 24, 1934 — July 4, 2014

Ali Bea Midgett of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on July 4, 2014 at the Mercy Hospital Jefferson having reached the age of eighty years, three months and ten days. She was born on March 24, 1934 in Puxico, Missouri a daughter to the late Ira C. Tucker and Lacofa G. (Wilfong) Tucker.
In addition to her parents, Bea was preceded in death by her husband Max Edward Midgett, brother Martin Tucker, two sisters Ada Gale Hodge, Mamie Lee Mash, three brothers in law Vernon Johns, Floyd Gilmore, Cecil Hodge and a sister in law Dolly Tucker.
Bea was a member of the Belgrade United Methodist Church and the Quilters Club.
Bea is survived by two sons Perry Lee Midgett and wife Kathy of Arvada, Colorado, Mark Edward Midgett and wife Cathy of Denver, Colorado; brother Ira Ray Tucker and wife Pearlee of Puxico, Missouri; brother in law Ken Mash of Bonne Terre; two sisters in law Jessamine Tiny Johns of Puxico, Donna Gilmore of Puxico; three grandchildren Danielle Padilla, Carrie Ayoub and husband Keith, Michael Midgett; six great grandchildren Marissa Duran, Ameliana Archuleta, Zachary Ayoub, Christopher Ayoub, Nicholas Ayoub, Jonathan Ayoub; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
A celebration of life service was held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 5 PM at the Belgrade United Methodist Church.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Antioch Cemetery. All funeral arrangements were entrusted under the care of DeClue Funeral Home.
